for myself— it has been a long time since I thought about what I really wanted… it gave some light

at the end of the tunnel for me to get back to where I wanted to be.

 

The opportunity to think about where are we heading and to put it all down on paper—this has led

us to re-look fully at who does what. As a business grows, especially if that growth is quick, people

often get jobs handed to them that don’t make sense. Moving a responsibility back to where it

belongs gives us the foundation for growth and stability.
